President

Rick Schwartz is responsible for all aspects of Brookfield Global Relocation Services (Brookfield GRS).

His knowledge of the relocation industry serves to expand our global operations, ensuring we provide comprehensive services for the growing needs of our multinational corporate clients.

With 31 years of relocation industry experience, Rick has become one of the industry’s most well-known and respected leaders. He has performed in top-level executive positions with relocation companies at some of the world's most prestigious and recognizable firms.

Before joining Brookfield GRS in 2003, Rick was responsible for the Relocation, Relocation Mortgage and Fleet Leasing businesses at Citigroup. Rick spent the majority of his earlier relocation career at Prudential Relocation, where he started as a Director of Operations in 1984, was Executive VP from 1991-1996 and was President from 1997-1999.

Rick has an MBA from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University.

Maggie Ryan

Maggie Ryan

Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Maggie Ryan is responsible for international assignment management and domestic relocation services delivered from our Global Service Centers in EMEA, Asia Pacific and the United States.

A British expatriate, from Kirkintilloch, Scotland, she has experienced living in many locations and cultures around the globe during her 20 plus years as an expatriate and is personally well acquainted with the challenges of global mobility.

As a seasoned business professional, Maggie brings a wealth of expertise, as an HR generalist in the field of international human resources, expatriate administration and relocation services in both Europe and the USA, to her role. Her expertise in organizational development and integration, client relationship management, customer service operations and general management, has been of critical importance and great value in supporting the global expansion of the company.

Maggie has held key human resources management positions with British Airports in London, England and with PHH Relocation in the USA. She transitioned to client services operations in 1990 and was appointed as Vice President Western and Southern Regions for PHH in 1994 and thereafter as Sr. Vice President/General Manager for Cendant Mobility's Central Region, a position that she held for three years prior to joining Brookfield Global Relocation Services in 2000.

Scott Sullivan

Scott Sullivan leads a proven team of global advisors responsible for helping multinational organizations evaluate the operational, financial and strategic benefits an outsourcing relationship with the company will achieve.

Scott has been involved in global mobility management for more than 17 years. His experience living and working in Asia, Europe, and North America bring innovative business expertise and thought leadership to clients seeking alternatives to traditional assignment practices and cost structures.

Before joining Brookfield Global Relocation Services, Scott held several senior management positions with the Crown Worldwide Group, a provider of international relocation services. At Crown, he was responsible for revenue generation, sales strategy and implementation including building and managing sales teams in Japan, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and the U.S.

Scott's strong relationships with global clients in Asia, Europe and North America complement our strategy to increase market share both internationally and throughout the North America. Scott has a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.

Andrew Pierce

Andrew Pierce

Senior Vice President, Global Alliance Management

As Senior Vice President, Global Alliance Management, Andrew leads a geographically diverse team of over 30 talented and dedicated professionals who oversee all services related to our global supplier network, including strategic sourcing, contract, relationship and performance management.

Andrew has over 13 years experience in the relocation industry, overlapping a 20 year career as a senior logistics officer in the Canadian military. During his military career, Andrew experienced first-hand the intricacies of the relocation process while relocating nine times, including on international assignment. Andrew also gained considerable experience managing the federal government household goods services contract, with 15,000 initiations and a total spend of $80m annually. Following retirement from military service, he held a senior role with a national van line and joined the legacy Royal LePage Relocation Services in December 2001.

Andrew has an MBA from Dalhousie University and an honours B.A. from the Royal Military College of Canada. He was awarded the CERP designation in 2004, the Global Mobility Specialist designation in 2006, and the Certified Relocation Professional designation in 2008. Andrew presently serves as the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC).

Eric Stern

Senior Vice President, Global Operations for EMEA and APAC

Eric's role is to oversee the overall global service delivery for a diversified group of client organizations that include teams providing support for transferring employees and assignees throughout the world.

Eric was a founder and owner of TRAC (The Relocation Assistance Cooperative) and Windham International. In these positions, he was responsible for all the global outsourcing activities of the organization.

Eric has more than 20 years' experience in the relocation industry. Prior to founding Windham International, which was acquired by Brookfield Home Services in 1999, and TRAC, he was Senior Vice President of Moran Stahl & Boyer (MS&B) where he headed up the firm's human resources group move consulting practice area and was involved in development and delivery of their outsourcing activities.

A Certified Public Accountant, Eric was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen before his involvement in the relocation industry. He is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has spoken at many of its conferences. He received Mobility Magazine's "Best Relocation Article" award in 1991 for his article "Tailoring Your Relocation Policies to Fit Employees' Needs".

Eric has a bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University. He also received his MA from California State University, Berkeley and his MBA from New York University Business.

Michel Bonin

Michel Bonin

Senior Vice President, Government Relocations

As Sr. Vice-President of Government Relations, Michel is responsible for the day to day operations of all Government Relocations.

Michel also acts as the primary contact at Brookfield GRS for all Federal Government departments and agencies, ensuring that client service performance standards are met and exceeded. Additional responsibilities include contractual negotiations and the annual National IRP Training Symposium.

Michel has over twelve years of management experience in the relocation industry. Fluently bilingual, Michel has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 32 years and a real estate broker and mortgage broker since 1991.

Prior to joining Brookfield GRS in 1996, Michel worked in the real estate and insurance industries. He owned and managed Bonin and Cayen Insurance Brokers, served as Vice-President of Ravco Development Corporation and was an Associate Broker with Re/Max Carillon Realty Ltd. (Formerly Bonin Real Estate).

Since joining Brookfield GRS, Michel has held a variety of roles. Initially hired as a Regional Director, Property Marketing Specialist, Michel became the Manager of Client Services in the Government Services Division that same year. In this position, he was responsible for the Federal Government Guaranteed House Sale Plan from 1996 until its replacement by the Integrated Relocation Pilot Program in 1999.

Tim Trepkowski

Tim Trepkowski

Senior Vice President, Global Client Accounting

Tim has overall responsibility for client and customer financial transactions and reporting processes including cash disbursements/receipts, payroll reporting and transmission, and year-end tax gross-up administration.

Tim brings more than 28 years of accounting and audit experience in high-level financial services roles including Corporate Controller, VP of Finance, Director of Financial Reporting and Internal Audit, and Vice President and Corporate Controller, before starting his own financial consulting company in 1996.

Tim began working with Brookfield Global Relocation Services in August 2001 as a financial consultant and became a full time employee in January 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Jill Taylor

Vice President, Consulting Services

Jill Taylor is responsible for leading the Consulting Services group in providing distinctive value added services to our corporate clients, prospects and internally to the company.

Jill has been involved in domestic relocation and international assignment management for more than 26 years, including experience within both the corporate and service provider environments.

Jill's previous experience includes a Director role at Arthur Andersen LLP in Global Mobility, managing both the domestic transfers and international assignments of Andersen's partners and employees based in the Americas region.

In addition, Jill spent ten years at Kraft Foods managing the in-house domestic relocation program, travel program and facility management best practices. Jill also held various positions with Cartus Mobility Services and the former Coldwell Banker Relocation Services organizations to include Property Specialist, Consultant, Account Manager and Director Client Services.

Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Illinois (Champaign IL) and a Master's in Business Administration/Real Estate from DePaul University (Chicago IL).

Her professional affiliations include the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), for which she has served on the Board of Directors, Chair of the International Initiatives Advisory Council, Chair of the Global Editorial Advisory Council and faculty for the Global Mobility Specialist designation. Jill is currently a Board member of the Worldwide ERC Foundation. She currently holds ERC's Senior Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. Jill was inducted to ERC's Hall of Leaders in 2007.

Matt Brownlee

Matt Brownlee is responsible for all Brookfield GRS client and operational reporting, quality and metrics, technology sales, Real Estate and Inventory Services, new client implementation, and process improvement.

In his 15 year mobility career, Matt has worked in the capacity of Expense Analyst, Manager and Director of Cost Accounting as well as Vice President of Expense Processing Services and Director of Technology Sales. He spent the initial 9 years of his mobility career with Prudential Relocation mostly in the financial/tax, client services, and reporting areas of the business. In May of 2003, Matt joined Brookfield Global Relocation Services with direct responsibility for supporting new business development and new client implementations in the technology arena.

In the summer of 2006, Matt was appointed to lead the Data Management team. This team consisted of a diverse group of professionals tasked with supporting data needs of the entire business. The Data Management team cemented the foundation of the Global Support Services team that Matt leads today.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Sam Houston State University - Huntsville, TX in 1994.
