Prior to founding Windham International, which was acquired in 1999, and TRAC, he was Senior Vice President of Moran Stahl & Boyer (MS&B) where he headed up the firm's human resources group move consulting practice area and was involved in development and delivery of their outsourcing activities.</p><p>A Certified Public Accountant, Eric was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen before his involvement in the relocation industry. He is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has spoken at many of its conferences. He received Mobility Magazine's \"Best Relocation Article\" award in 1991 for his article \"Tailoring Your Relocation Policies to Fit Employees' Needs\".</p><p>Eric has a Bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University. Jill has been involved in domestic relocation and international assignment management for more than 26 years, including experience within both the corporate and service provider environments.</p><p>Jill’s previous experience includes a Director role at Arthur Andersen LLP in Global Mobility, managing both the domestic transfers and international assignments of Andersen’s partners and employees based in the Americas region.</p><p>In addition, Jill spent 10 years at Kraft Foods managing the in-house domestic relocation program, travel program and facility management best practices.  Jill also held various positions with Cartus Mobility Services and the former Coldwell Banker Relocation Services organizations to include Property Specialist, Consultant, Account Manager and Director Client Services.</p><p>Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Illinois (Champaign IL) and a Master’s in Business Administration/Real Estate from DePaul University (Chicago IL).</p><p>Her professional affiliations include the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), for which she has served on the Board of Directors, Chair of the International Initiatives Advisory Council, Chair of the Global Editorial Advisory Council and faculty for the Global Mobility Specialist designation.  Jill is currently a trustee of the Worldwide ERC Foundation.  She currently holds ERC’s Senior Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. Her expertise in organizational development and integration, client relationship management, customer service operations and general management, has been of critical importance and great value in supporting the global expansion of the company.</p><p>Maggie has held key human resources management positions with British Airports in London, England and with PHH Relocation in the USA. She transitioned to client services operations in 1990 and was appointed as Vice President Western and Southern Regions for PHH in 1994 and thereafter as Sr. Vice President/General Manager for Cendant Mobility's Central Region, a position that she held for three years prior to joining Brookfield Global Relocation Services in 2000.</p>";

During his military career, Andrew experienced first-hand the intricacies of the relocation process while relocating nine times, including on international assignment. Andrew also gained considerable experience managing the federal government household goods services contract, with 15,000 initiations and a total spend of $80m annually.  Following retirement from military service, he held a senior role with a national van line, and joined Brookfield Global Relocation Services (Brookfield GRS) in December 2001.</p><p>Andrew has an MBA from Dalhousie University and an honours B.A. from the Royal Military College of Canada. He was awarded the CERP designation in 2004, the Global Mobility Specialist designation in 2006, and the Certified Relocation Professional designation in 2008. Andrew presently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC).</p><p>Andrew is married with three teenage daughters and calls Burlington, Ontario home.
