BGRS’s Ellyn Karetnick brings insight on the evolution of mobility and the impact of alignment between global mobility and the talent agenda to NFTC’s forum in Houston.
BGRS is proud to be a sponsor of the National Foreign Trade Council’s International Human Resource Management Forum, March 22-23, 2017, in Houston, Texas.
This established annual conference is hosted by National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC), a trade association that focuses on improving the international trade and investment environments, and attracts global mobility, talent management, and global benefits executives from many of the world’s largest organizations. This year’s conference offers a series of talks and workshops converging on the evolution of international mobility as it relates to business, compliance, tax and trade issues, and a rebounding global economy.
At the event, BGRS’s Ellyn Karetnick, Vice President, Consulting Services will host a workshop titled ‘Transforming Global Mobility – Are You Keeping Pace with an Evolving Market?’ Partnering with Tessa Boone of Ford Motor Company, Ellyn will facilitate a discussion about this contemporary topic influencing many global mobility functions today.
Ellyn will also chair a panel discussion titled ‘Charting Your Course: Mobility Strategy Driving Global Talent Outcomes’ where a cross-industry panel of global mobility and talent leaders will share insights about alignment of their global mobility and talent objectives.
“The NFTC conferences are excellent platforms for global mobility, human resources leaders, and the wider business community alike to come together, share perspectives and expertise on emerging issues across a global market. I look forward to our exploring innovative practices that help navigate the increasingly complex landscape of strategic talent mobility.” Ellyn Karetnick stated.
