Supply Chain Management

We do not subcontract; we co-source with our suppliers, retaining responsibility for initiation, quality and payment of services delivered while providing the necessary tools to ensure our suppliers succeed.

Our supply chain managers share a formal, documented end-to-end process with our supplier partners, setting clear expectations about performance and professionalism in all interactions with our customers. We measure supplier performance and manage risk by utilizing performance scorecards and service level agreements. All our suppliers undergo a rigorous on boarding training and are part of regular training and mentoring programs.

Service Quality Assurance

As a seamless extension of our client services teams, our suppliers share our commitment to total quality. Each supplier must abide by specific performance standards based on contractually defined roles and responsibilities. We employ a variety tools to gain an accurate picture of overall supplier performance. This includes service level agreements and key performance indicators, 360° survey evaluations from relocating employees, consultants and clients, performance score cards and site visits.
